We also have short-term opportunities available
for professionals in any of the fields mentioned above. You can volunteer
to work in a community in Central Asia or teach in an STLI program
for periods of one to three months. For such very short-term
assignments, a sending agency is recommended, but not required.
How to Apply
If you have an interest in working in Central
Asia and feel you qualify, the first step is to send email to
info@stli.org.
If you decide to submit a formal application, you will need:
- Your CV or resume
- A letter outlining your job interest and your motivation to serve
in Central Asia
- Consent from your sending organization (if appropriate)
- An STLI application in Microsoft
Word format can be completed and emailed to info@stli.org or in Portable
Document Format (PDF) can be filled out by hand and sent by surface
mail to STLI, P.O. Box 1607, Cypress, CA 90630.
